A creamy and comforting potato soup inspired by Red Lobster’s famous recipe, featuring turkey bacon and a blend of savory spices.

  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add diced onions to the pot and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil and let simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and the reserved turkey bacon.
  5. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
