  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the cheese, chicken ham, and turkey bacon.
  5. Add the milk gradually, mixing until a dough forms.
  6. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  7. Roll out to 1 inch thick and cut into desired shapes.
  8. Place on baking sheets and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
