- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt to taste

- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper.
