- 12 ounces pasta
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink, then pour in white wine and let it simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Allow to thicken.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture and mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with additional parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
