A delightful pasta dish combining shrimp and scampi flavors baked to perfection for a comforting meal.

  • 12 ounces pasta
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, then pour in white wine and let it simmer.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Allow to thicken.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture and mix well.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and top with additional parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
