  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  2. Add the olive oil to the skillet, then sauté the sliced mushrooms for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  3. Add chopped zucchinis to the skillet, and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes until zucchinis are slightly tender yet crisp.
