2 pounds chicken breasts
1 cup rice
3 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
4 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
Add the rice and chicken broth into the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli and cheddar cheese, and mix gently.
