  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 avocado, diced (for topping)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (for topping)
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges (for serving)
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
