  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, and garlic.
  2. Add chicken broth, salt, pepper, and thyme, stirring to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the heavy cream.
  5. Blend the soup with an immersion blender for desired creaminess.
