Slow Cooker Parmesan Garlic Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the baby potatoes on top of the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, garlic, chicken broth, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional parmesan if desired.
