  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. Add diced chicken ham and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in onions and garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
  5. Add the green beans and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes or until beans are tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then crumble the turkey bacon on top before serving.
