Spinach Artichoke Swirls

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the spinach-artichoke mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners over the filling to create a swirl shape.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
