  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil the diced potatoes until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add the cooked potatoes, turkey bacon, red onion, and celery to the bowl.
  4. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
