Sugar Cookie Cheesecake

A delicious blend of sugar cookies and creamy cheesecake, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 ½ cups sugar cookie dough
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and granulated sugar, mixing until smooth.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla and almond extracts.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cookie crust.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  10. Serve chilled, optionally topped with more whipped cream.
