  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and allspice.
  3. Mix until well blended and form into small balls.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until browned.
