- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Add the onion and bell pepper to the pot, cooking until softened.
- Return the turkey bacon to the pot along with the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and chicken broth.
