  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the almond milk and maple syrup.
  4. Mix both mixtures together and fold in the diced apple and raisins.
