1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups beef broth
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together ground turkey, chopped onion, crumbled turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Form the mixture into patties.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the patties on both sides.
Remove the patties and set aside.
Add beef broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water, then add to the simmering broth.
Return the patties to the skillet and cover, letting them cook until tender.
