  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together ground turkey, chopped onion, crumbled turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the patties on both sides.
  4. Remove the patties and set aside.
  5. Add beef broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water, then add to the simmering broth.
  7. Return the patties to the skillet and cover, letting them cook until tender.
