The Lady’s Cheesy Mac

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; crumble and set aside.

  4. Whisk in the flour, salt, and pepper; cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring until the mixture thickens.
