  • 4 ounces turkey breast
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer the turkey, spinach, bacon, and cheddar cheese between the slices of bread, butter side out.
  4. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Flip the sandwich and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
  6. Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
