  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers thinly and place them in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss to coat.
  4. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
