  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in green beans and soy sauce, cover and cook until green beans are tender.
  5. Drizzle with sesame oil and mix well.
  6. Serve over rice and garnish with green onions.
