Baked Feta Eggs

  • 4 large eggs
  • 150 grams turkey bacon
  • 100 grams chicken ham
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a baking dish, place the feta cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Scatter the turkey bacon and chicken ham around the feta cheese.
  4. Crack the eggs on top of the feta and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking.
