  • 3 pounds pork shoulder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 onion, quartered

  • 1 orange, juiced

Instructions

  1. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
