- 3 pounds pork shoulder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 orange, juiced
