  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half, then toss them with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Slice the smoked sausage and add it to the baking sheet with the potatoes, then roast for an additional 15 minutes.
