- 1 pound turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 celery stalks, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups egg noodles
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
