  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 4 ciabatta rolls
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the panini press.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with pesto sauce until well combined.
  3. Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and layer the chicken mixture and mozzarella cheese on the bottom half.
  4. Close the sandwiches and brush the outsides with olive oil.
  5. Place the sandwiches in the panini press and cook according to manufacturer’s instructions until golden and crispy.
