Creamy Pesto Chicken

A delicious and creamy twist on chicken featuring pesto and turkey bacon.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. Remove bacon and set aside. In the same skillet, add shredded chicken and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add pesto and stir well to combine.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and mix until smooth.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted.
  6. Add crumbled bacon back to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and serve warm.
