Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top of the lobster shells down the middle.
  3. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add the minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  5. Stir in lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
