Greek Lemon Chicken

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
