  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add ground beef to the pot and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion, carrots, and potatoes, sautéing until the vegetables are softened.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and add the seasonings.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with crispy turkey bacon.
