  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Gradually add some of the hot mixture into the eggs, then return to the saucepan.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and remove from heat. Allow to cool.
