  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, ginger, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken thighs and coat them well with the sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Once cooked, remove the chicken and set aside; whisk together cornstarch and water, then stir into the remaining sauce and let it thicken.
  5. Serve the chicken with the sauce drizzled on top.
