  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon green food coloring
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Add the peppermint extract and green food coloring, stirring until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  4. Once chilled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  5. During the last few minutes of churning, add the chocolate chips.
