Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and pumpkin puree.
  4. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fill muffin cups halfway with batter, add a dollop of cream cheese mixture, then top with more batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
