2 slices of bread
2 tablespoons butter
2 slices of cheddar cheese
2 slices of turkey bacon
1 roasted jalapeno, sliced
1 tablespoon cream cheese
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
On the unbuttered side, place a slice of cheddar cheese, followed by cream cheese, roasted jalapenos, turkey bacon, cilantro, and another slice of cheddar cheese.
Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
Cook until golden brown, then flip and repeat on the other side until the cheese is melted.
Remove from heat, slice, and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add spices to the cream cheese.
Use different types of cheese like pepper jack for added spice.
