  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the shrimp mixture. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. In a blender, combine avocado, sour cream, lime juice, and cilantro. Blend until smooth.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet.
