- 4 fillets salmon
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
