  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, add the olive oil and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the green beans to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce over the green beans and stir to coat.
  6. Stir in the chopped turkey bacon and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and serve warm.
