  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 French baguette, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well and let it sit for about 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
