Tuscan Salmon with Parmesan Cream Sauce

A deliciously rich dish of salmon fillets served in a creamy Parmesan sauce with Tuscan flavors.

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Place salmon in the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for a minute.
  6. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  9. Return salmon to the pan, pour sauce over it, and add lemon juice. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can include sun-dried tomatoes in the sauce.
  • Serve with a side of pasta or crusty bread.
